January Transfer Movers: Alex and a Transfer Roundup

Alex is a very good centerback and has been put up for sale by Chelsea because he is no longer needed at Stamford Bridge. Alex will definately move this month as Chelsea will see this as an opportunity to open up some room for signing more then just Gary Cahill. The first potential destination for Alex is QPR. Neil Warnock wants to upgrade the backline and Alex would be a steal at possibly 2 or 3 million euros. Alex would be a leader on that backline and his Champions League experience would be valuable to some of the other players. However, Alex will probably not want to go to a team that doesn't have realistic Champions League aspirations or isn't in Brazil but staying in London will interest Alex which makes QPR a possibility. The next potential landing spot is Juventus. Juventus sees Alex as a good upgrade to their backline in their pursuit of winning Serie A and not losing a single game. Alex would be an affordable signing for Juventus but Alex has a huge desire to go play in his home nation of Brazil. Juventus is a realistic option still because Juventus has a great opportunity to make next year's Champions League. My predicted landing spot for Alex is Brazilian club Santos. Alex has a huge desire to return to Brazil and Santos has shown some interest. It is their centennial year and Alex could help them win the Brazilian League this year. Santos may not be able to hold on to Neymar and Ganso much longer so Santos will really want him to win now.

Transfer Roundup
QPR is reportedly interested in signing Aston Villa centerback James Collins to upgrade their backline. Collins would be a good upgrade but Alex McLeish is very unlikely to sell him unless he gets a really good offer for Collins.
Didier Drogba is reportedly drawing interest from Aston Villa. Alex McLeish sees him as an ideal replacement for Darren Bent if Bent leaves. This would be a very surprising transfer for Aston Villa but it would bring tons of excitement to Aston Villa.
Juventus star winger Milos Krasic has reportedly drawn interest from Tottenham and Chelsea. It will probably take at least 30 million euros. Tottenham probably will focus resources elsewhere while Chelsea might prefer a move for Napoli striker Edinson Cavani than a move for Krasic.
Paris Saint-Germain is reportedly offered 13 million euros for CSKA Moscow and Japanese star midfielder Keisuke Honda. An offer this low is sure to be rejected by CSKA as CSKA will probably be angered by that offer.  PSG probably needs to offer at least 20 to 25 million euros to have a shot at signing him.
Manchester City outcast Nedum Onuoha is wanted by multiple Premier League clubs. QPR should be the favorite to sign Onuoha with the interest Warncok has after he impressed on loan at Sunderland. QPR is my favorite to sign Onuoha with Warnock wanting upgrades on the backline.
Lastly, Jose Antonio Reyes was finally able to agree to a deal with Sevilla. Reyes will be a probable starter right when he gets in the squad. Reyes will want to make a huge impact for his hometown club.
