The Tevez Saga, Willian to Chelsea? Today's Biggest Transfer News

The transfer market is down to about ten days remaining in it which means business will probably start picking up as teams make surprise offers to make some big moves. Here is today's biggest transfer news.

Manchester City ST Carlos Tevez
Overnight, reports have emerged that Tevez is now extremely unlikely to make a move to French leaders Paris Saint-Germain. It seems like a meeting between Tevez's agent and the Parc des Princes side did not go well as this now gives AC Milan and Inter a shot at being able to sign Tevez from Manchester City as Roberto Mancini might decide to take whatever he can get for Tevez as he will definitely not be returning to Manchester. The two Milan clubs will both have to make offers of around 25 million euros to sign Tevez but that could drop as the transfer deadline day approaches. The Tevez saga has been going on for a while and Manchester City hopes that they can finally get something for him now with Inter and AC Milan in hot pursuit of Tevez.

Shakhtar Donetsk CM Willian
Andre Villas-Boas has reportedly offered 20 million euros to Ukranian champions Shakhtar Donetsk for the signature of their star Brazilian playmaker Willian. This move by Chelsea may bring Arsenal in the race for Willian's signature after they made an attempt to sign him back in the summer window. Willian has been able to prove his exceptional creativity in midfield in the past two Champions Leagues. Willian has become a star for the Ukranian champs but the draw of playing in the Premier League will be hard to turn down. A move for Willian could mean a player like John Obi Mikel could be on his way out of Stamford Bridge. Willian is a high ceiling player and would be a terrific signing for Andre Villas-Boas.

Rangers ST Nikica Jelavic
The chase for Rangers star Nikica Jelavic has reheated up with Fulham, QPR, and West Ham all preparing offers to sign the Croatian striker. Fulham and West Ham are preparing to offer around 6 million euros which will most likely be rejected while QPR is looking to bid somewhere between 7 and 8 million euros. QPR's offer may be good enough to get to the negotiating table with Jelavic to work out a deal. Jelavic has been in great form this season and is truly that goal-scoring striker that Mark Hughes could use at Loftus Road. Jelavic would be an upgrade over Federico Macheda and the current corps of strikers at QPR. Tony Fernandes would love to get this deal done so Mark Hughes a plenty big enough budget to sign him. I think QPR will bid around 8 million euros and Jelavic will move to Loftus Road because the chance to play in the Premier League will be too hard to turn down.
