Premier League Predictions

This year's Barclays Premier League season is nearing the end as there is tons of excitement from the top of the table to the bottom. Now, how will this year's Premier League finish?

Predicted Final Table
1. Manchester United 93 points
2. Manchester City 85 points
3. Arsenal 77 points
4. Tottenham 71 points
5. Newcastle United 68 points
6. Chelsea 67 points
7. Everton 53 points
8. Sunderland 49 points
9. Liverpool 49 points
10. Fulham 49 points
11. Swansea 49 points
12. Norwich 49 points
13. Stoke 47 points
14. Aston Villa 45 points
15. West Brom 44 points
16. Blackburn 35 points
17. Bolton 33 points
18. QPR 32 points
19. Wigan 31 points
20. Wolverhampton 23 points

Manchester City has done a great job at throwing away their hopes of winning the Premier League as there is almost no way that Manchester United loses the title now. Arsenal should keep up their current form as they will be in the Champions League as Tottenham will beat out Newcastle and Chelsea for the final spot in the Champions League with Newcastle headed for the Europa League and Chelsea needing to win the Champions League to return to it next year. Everton will beat its Merseyside rivals as Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish will be fired by the Anfield side after the season. Sunderland will finish in the top half along with Fulham while Swansea and Norwich will not due to their goal differential but the two newcomers will definitely be happy with their seasons. Stoke will look to rebound next year while Aston Villa manager Alex McLeish could end up losing his job after the season. West Brom will be happy with their season as they easily will survive. The relegation battle will be interesting as Blackburn and Botlon will survive while QPR and Wigan will be going down just barely. Wolverhampton will not be close to survival as relegation is even now inevitable.

What does this mean for the transfer market?
The relegated clubs will lose players as QPR will probably lose Bobby Zamora and Shaun Wright-Phillips. Wigan will lose Hugo Rodallega and probably Victor Moses also. Wolves will most likely lose Steven Fletcher, Kevin Doyle, Matt Jarvis, Roger Johnson, and Wayne Hennessey at least. This will make a busy transfer market but the top four will look to build for Champions League runs, especially Tottenham. Chelsea will probably make big moves to try to return to the Champions League while Liverpool will need a complete makeover. Some players that could be on the move include Fulham's Clint Dempsey, Aston Villa's Darren Bent and James Collins, and Everton's Phil Jaigelka and Marouane Fellaini. All these players have talent that the top clubs would be interested in signing. Some players that could come in the Premier League include Marseille's Loic Remy (Tottenham), Porto's Hulk (Manchester City, Chelsea), Athletic Bilbao's Fernando Llorente (Tottenham) and Javi Martinez (Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea), FC Twente's Douglas (Tottenham, Arsenal, Newcastle United), and Napoli's Edinson Cavani (Manchester City, Chelsea, Liverpool) and Ezequiel Lavezzi (Manchester City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool). This should be an exciting Premier League finish as lots of things could happen the rest of the way.
