Why the San Diego Chargers been a failure.

Earlier today, the San Diego Union Tribune reported that Chargers Head Coach Norv Turner would be fired at the end of the season. The Chargers could have been better but these are the reasons why they have been a disapointment.1. Philip Rivers has regressed this season. The Chargers need Rivers to refind his form from 2009 and 2010.
2. The Chargers' defense allows 25 points a game. The Chargers need a complete defensive overhaul.
3. Without Ron Rivera, the defnese is struggling. Rivera is looking like the reason why the Chargers' defense was any good last year.
The owners must give their next head coach time to rebuild the defense to improve. The Chargers could also be helped a lot if Rivers can play like he did in 2009 and 2010, and not like he has played this season.
