Dextron II is 5wt and I dont think type FA is much different, have read the  Dextron IV is slightly thinner, maybe 3 or 4wt, but just guessing. Better spend $10 and get some 15/20wt fork oil if you want much damping.

David, 150cc(ml) per leg and 15wt fork oil is a good place to start (ATF is approx 15wt). Cheers
