I believe the seal holder unscrews from the lower tube.
a large pair of pliers, and some old inner tube to prevent them from scratching the chrome, is often all that is needed.
sometimes they are loose enough to unscrew if you have a strong grip.
or some sort of rubber strap wrench, sold at hardware stores.
go to an online fiche, and look at the parts breakdown.
Going to rebuild front forks, new seals and wwioer boots. Is it a bolt that holds the fork to the bottom tube or a snap ring? Thanks
